How many minutes or hours a day do you do to lose weight???
I did 25 minutes yesterday and about died.
Today I did 20 minutes, and I am planning on doing more tonight...
Any hints or suggestions?

You're right on target, 20-30 minutes a day will start you melting in no time.

It's different for me every time I play sometimes I play for 5 minutes sometime I play for 2 hours.

I am now to the place where i can go for an hour to an hour and half on it. when I first started i was doing good to make it through four songs. that was in the middle of sept that i started. I try to do an hour at a time about four to five times a day. Some of it depends on the songs if they are really fast and take a lot i dont last as long

Same here. It all depends on the intensity of my DDR'ing. If I'm going full strength and doing Heavy songs, I'll be lucky to last half an hour. If I'm doing standard, I'm probably going to be good to go for an hour or an hour and a half. Mostly I just stick with standard songs and some light when I know that I can't do the standard ( like Boom Boom Dollar at the end.. it kills me )...

1 1/2 - 2 hours, 5 days/week. I usually do Heavy on 7-8 footers the first hour, then go up and down between Standard and Heavy after that in order to build up stamina, and that's worked for me.

I try to do at least an hour a day, but lately for me it' been like 2 and 3 hours. I am addicted to ddr extreme2.

maybe your there for 5 hours but your only accully playing songs for 30-45 minutes. not really i have at least 5 hours every weekend, including at home

I DDR on Standard and Beginner (yep, I'm a newbie) for at least an hour each day... Usually 2-3 hours. But I'm sure it'll slow down once I get semi-bored with it.

I play an hour a day (When I have it...damnit) But like every day of the week for however long it takes to kill you maybe? *shrug* I'm working to play like 4 hours a day someday....*glare* it'll be a while though lol...

I usually find myself on the pads for about an hour a day. I've got it set up currently where I get home and do 30 minutes in workout mode, then just play the game for awhile, unlocking or free play, etc etc. Sometimes I make it 2 hours, but I try to slow down once I feel myself getting tired enough that I'm missing steps I shouldn't.

Personally, I don't set it at a particular time, I set it at the current amount of calories that I want to burn that day and then boost it up as the days go by. I find that once I get started, I just don't want to stop!

Right now I'm doing about an hour a day, about six days a week. I usually do one heavy (8 or 9) followed by two or three standards. Works for me.
