Today...my fourth try on Paranoia Evolution I finally got a stupid A...but accidentally rolled my ankle at the very end, probably preventing a AA... and I finally got my A on Max 300...all on Light...  ...but I'm big. |

that's pretty good
well i have just got ddr extreme jp for my ps2
my pad sucks right now but i did play with the controller and out of nowhere got 4 AAA's

all on heavy. It was a little too easy so i'm not all that proud. I AA max 300 and A maxx unlimited on extreme also.

That's the only song I haven't unlocked on DDRMAX, just Drop the Bomb. How do I unlock it? The same as I unlocked the other ones?
I unlocked all the other songs on DDRMAX2. That seemed too easy for me.

That seemed too easy for me. Basically. There are two ways to unlock Drop the Bomb on DDRMAX. One is to play and pass 500 songs (the unlock before it "Spin the Disc" occurs at 250 songs, BTW). THe other way is to beat the Hardcore course in ONI mode. The hardcore course is: Ordinary World - Heavy The Cube - Heavy Jam & Marmalade - Heavy Love This Feelin' - Standard True... (Trance Sunrise Mix) - Light Sandstorm - Heavy Era (Nostalmix) - Heavy I'm For Real - Heavy Secret Rendezvous - Light Exotic Ethnic - Standard Rhythm and Police (K.O.G.G3 Mix) - Heavy Electro Tuned (the SubS mix) - Heavy My Summer Love - Heavy Paranoia Max (Dirty Mix) -Club Another Ver.- - Standard Healing Vision - Heavy Stomp to My Beat - Light Matsuri Japan - Heavy Spin the Disc - Heavy Abyss - Trick Synchronied Love - Standard Candy - Heavy And Oni mode, for anyone who doesn't know, is a nonstop course of these songs, where any step that is not "perfect" or "great" costs you a "life". You gain one life after each song, or a full bar of three lives after certain songs. It is a *lot* easier to unlock everything on DDRMAX2. |

OMG!!!! I just got my first AAA! GO ME!!!!  It was on Peace Out. I still don't have Drop the Bomb. It seems like I've passed 600+ songs already, and it's been forever since I unlocked Spin the Disc. Are you guys sure it's 500? Update: Nevermind, I just got it this morning. |

last night I AAA paranoia 180 on heavy and got 3 greats on paranoia survivor heavy.
but i did this with a ps2 controller so i'm not so proud.

Has anyone actually beaten Hardcore Oni? i have beaten hardcore oni with the ps2 duel shock. It was easy. but i unlocked drop the bomb way b4 i beat this course. |

I have a question about that, actually. Wouldn't speed mods just make playing it harder if with the 1.5X is faster arrows? But yet I hear that it makes it easier... maybe I should try it...

Speed mods can make songs easier, especially if the arrows are close together (16th note runs, for example) as they spread the arrows out a bit, making it easier to read. |
