First off. Stop. Breathe. Deep breath in. Hold it. Slowly let it out. Take two more deep breaths. I'm serious about that. These boards aren't that populated, so four hours on a Sunday morning you may not get any responses. Be patient, and I guarantee someone will respond.
I'll start with the good news. You can lose weight, you can diet, you can stop eating, and you don't have to be depressed anymore. All of these things are achievable goals. The second piece of good news is that there isn't anything wrong with you. You've made a choice to ask for help, and that's a very important first step.
Now for the bad news... It's not gonna happen overnight. You'll need to be patient, and positive, and committed to doing this, or you will be more likely to fail. That's why we're here. If you need a boost, come back here and read some messages, ask for help, ask for someone to say somehting nice to you, whatever you need. We'll be here. I'm online more during the week than on the weekends, but the core group of people here are fairly regular. We've all been there, in one way or another.
Now, in order to help you more, we'll need a little more info about you. Your age, what you typically eat. What foods you like, what foods you don't like. If you eat out a lot, if you cook. etc.
Right off I can suggest a few things. Cut out the soda, drink diet if you absolutely have to, but don't allow yourself to drink regular soda. You do have a choice, and you do have the power to make that choice. Depending on how much soda you typically drink in a day, you'll cut out anywhere from 250-1000+ calories a day.
As far as DDR, make sure you're getting you heart rate up enough. You should be playing at a level that you heart rate is about 23 beats in a ten second count. Make sure you do that for at least 30-45 minutes per day, at least 6 days a week. It doesn't have to be all at once, you can do 2-3 15 minute sessions, or whatever works into your schedule.
We'll start there, and I'm sure my compatriots here will weigh in as well. Liek Home Depot says, "You can do it, We can help"

The reason I constantly fail diets is because I try to cut everything bad out of my diet. If you're a naughty eater like me and you love food as much as I do, don't push yourself too hard. Just cut little things here and there and leave one day a week where you pig out without guilt.
Take the grilled chicken instead of the fried. Order water at restaurants instead of pop and fill yourself up with salads and such where possible. If you try to avoid eating you're just going to eat more.
I will often think to myself that I should eat soon and then I say "no I can't eat more today" and then ill forget 10 minutes later and be stuffing my face with candy. If I hadve gotten up and made that salad or cooked myself some chicken, I would have been more full and had less sugar and cals in my body.
Eat fresh foods where possible. Anything deep fried has way too much sodium and calories and fat.
My favorite meal 2 times a week used to be wendys spicy chicken. Until of course I looked it up and 3000 mg of sodium. Thats like higher than anything else on the menu. So I sprung for grilled chicken. Not as healthy as I could be getting but a step there. Now I prepare more food at home and try to eat salads if I get the munchies.
Ignore people who nag you about what you're eating if you're taking the right steps. You know you're getting there whether faster or slower than anyone else. You need to be surrounded by positive people not just people going "Oh you shouldn't eat pizza its fatty and only sugar." Like someone else said its ok to have a slice of pizza but if you fill up on healthy stuff first you're less likely to go for that second slice.
Listen to abrannan for sure. You can cut tons of calories just by avoiding soda. its like 100+ calories a glass. You don't have to give up everything you love but once you realize you can do 20 extra minutes of DDR or give up the 3 cokes a day you'll most likely take the second choice. Not saying that extra 20 mins is bad but you'll find it a lot easier to lose weight if you give up small things like soda.

Sandwiches: Things to do: -Use whole grain breads wherever you can -Keep to leaner meats (Turkey breast, chicken, Lean ham) -Mustard is probably the best condiment -Keep the cheese on the light side Things to avoid -Fatty meats (Salami, corned beef, pepperoni) -Mayo (Low fat is okay, if used sparingly) Suggeestions for quick foods: -Nuts (in small amounts) -fruit (particularly berries, apples, and grapefruit) -Fresh veggies -lean lunchmeats Unfortunately, if you don't have a lot of self-control (and I don't), you need to plan ahead to succeed with a diet. Plan out and pre-make your food whenever possible. If you don't have to set foot in a fost food restaurant, you won't be tempted to cheat.

Well, when I started my diet, I cut out everything that you can buy from a gastation. Chips, Pop, Fruit Juice loaded with sugar, and candy. I also cut out fast food meats, The only pizza I have had this week is one slice with the cheese off and veggies on it. I learned how to discipline myself, and you can to. Everytime you are about to take a bite of unhealthy food, think about what your skinny self would look like, that would help you put it down.

Sweets that is NOT enough food. The way you will get off the pounds is by eating less but DONT STARVE YOURSELF! Get the CHANGE ONE book by Readers Digest $6 on sale at Amazon for paperback. It will help you step by step. Meantime cut back on what you NORMALLY eat by 1/3rd. Cut out some sugar..and make sure you eat protein. A soft pretzel without protein will make you want more food. You can do it!

Sweets that is NOT enough food. The way you will get off the pounds is by eating less but DONT STARVE YOURSELF! Agreed. I know you want to change your body fast, and it's easy to think that you have to be drastic to do it, but unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. Make sure to get at least 1200 calories per day, probably more like 1400 in your case. Otherwise your body will think you're starving, and it will slow your metabolism down in order to conserve your fat stores to keep you alive. Someone wrote here to think of your body's metabolism as a fire ad food is wood. Too little and the fire won't heat, and will eventually die out, too much too fast and you'll smother the fire. Just keep as steady stream of food going in, a little bit at a time, and your body will respond.

Not too bad. I'd aim for a little more protein in your diet. I'm assuming the breakfast was one of the breakfast hot pockets, which aren't all that good. The cheese is probably "porcessed cheese food" which isn't real cheese at all. And the crusts of those breakfast pockets are fat and cholesterol laden. For the number of calories you took in for breakfast, you could have had two scrambled eggs with real cheese and some Canadian bacon or ham. Probably twice the volume of food you currently have been having. Just get up a little bit earlier before school, and you can cook a very healthy, filling, nutritious breakfast.
Lunch, again the cheese on the pretzel I'd be willing to bet is Cheez whiz or Velveeta cheese food. Not the best, but a lot better than you had been doing I'd bet.
All in all, you're making some good steps. Keep up the good work.

There is no start over. Just keep going. Make your changes slowly, and alter one thing every week. You don't need to dive into weight loss in a big, huge leap. One pound lost is one pound towards your goal, no matter how long it took. Time is unimportant, and saying "start over" is saying that you failed that first time, which you didn't. You've lost weight, you've made a commitment to what you're doing. You can do this, just keep going.

I'd highly recommend going to see a good dietition. I have my second appointment today. It's helped me understand more about how much I should be eating (I was under and making myself very sick) and what I should be eating and when.
