Another great thing about exercising with DDR is that it's an indoor activity. I love being outside and rollerblading is one of my preferred forms of exercise, but do to where I live, I can only do outdoor activities about 5 months out of the year (at the most). So, DDR is great exerice for me because I can do it in the winter without freezing my butt off!!

In the winter I am just as active as I am in the summer. It gets cold here, but you just have to bundle up and hit the slopes or whatever. There are a lot of fun outdoor winter activities.

I'm on the plains, no slopes here (just snowbanks)!!! It's practically arctic here. With the wind it gets down to -70.

Another 1.7 lbs down the drain in one week's time. As always, I could have lost more had I not pigged out on Cherry Garcia ice cream. ;D
I keep telling myself I'd rather lose slowly and still enjoy the foods I love than to lose quickly and give up everything. There would be a higher risk of binging if I did it that way, I think. And had it not been for DDR I wouldn't lose at all! (Of course the Sugar-free Kool Aid helps, too, since I'm not consuming calories from sodas.)
Peace!
