Okay I'm not sure if this question has already existed in the forums, but I will ask it here.. when I go in to workout mode and I'm choosing a song I think there is a way that you can change the difficulty.. I see it flashing at the bottom right of my screen, but I still don't know how to do it correctly. Can someone tell me how to change my difficulty from ex.) light to standard? Thanks.

Same way you do it in the normal game, just double tap up or down to move through the difficulty levels.
