I'm really not sure whats going on. Let's say I'm doing my warmup songs, a few ITG low Mediums. That goes fine, but then I try, for example, Hand of Time Hard/Expert. I've had this song down for a long time, as its one of my favorites, and nothing has changed in my gameplay setting (its a basement, always have a fan on, nice and cold, etc.) but about halfway through the song my stomach feels odd and I feel as if I'll vomit if I keep playing, and I have to fail the song and go back to the easy songs.
The only way I can really describe the feeling is that it feels like I'm about to faint, as I experienced that awhile ago; my face feels a little cold and I want to throw up, but never do.
I've comfortably passed this song before, and much harder songs like Pandemonium on top that, just a few days before this started occuring regularly. I do wait at least an hour after eating or when I feel that all my food has been digested before playing; I stopped drinking soda, so I don't get any stomach problems from playing with that or anything. The only factor would be small sips of water before a long session or conservatively between songs.
Anybody have any idea? I know I'm not sick or anything, by the way.

Sometimes nausea is a sign of fatigue. Also, it doesn't sound like you drink much water when you play. I usually try to drink 8oz while I play. It will keep you hydrated (dehydration also causes nausea). Do you still eat a balanced meal?
Just something to consider.

Maybe your body needs a day of rest.
Take a day off and try again.
