That's what happens when I get dehydrated... but since you said you don't think it's food or water... I dunno, depending how much you play, you can lose a lot of water through sweat... so you could try having a few drinks. Of course, you could just be tired and need some sleep/rest. You could be coming down with the flu or something... Also, if you're losing weight too fast, that can cause some health issues. (1-2 pounds, maybe 3 a week is considered healthy) I dunno if it would specifically cause that, but it's another idea to toss out there. If it's none of the above, then I have no idea...

Might not be a bad idea to have a doctor take a look. Generally that "head rush" feeling comes from your brain not getting enough blood. Could be any number of things, as Spooty mentioned.

I am pretty sure that it was due to lack of sleep now, I had a really bad night the night before that and I hardly slept at all. if it happens again I will go check in with the doc about it.

It could also be high blood pressure. I get super dizzy when it is up, and I feel like I am on fire. It is not a very pleasent feeling. Just a thought, even some foods that are low fat can have tons o sodium in them. Just a thought.

sorry I havent updated this but today is a forum stomp day for me (once in a while I read and update all the forums I participate in) so I will update this, turns out it was diet related, low blood sugar. I am not diabetic or anything but I just wasent eating what I needed to in order to sustain the activity I was enduring so somthing had to give, its worked out now and I feel much better.

Just a thought, even some foods that are low fat can have tons o sodium in them. Just a thought. See, it's just the opposite for me it seems, the way my doctor explained it to me, was my really low blood pressure was causing my dizzyness, and sometimes I loose my vision for a short time,(darkness like closes over my eyes, and I have to brace myself from swayin till I get my vision back) it happens a lot after I stand up, but it's not always, and it's not a speed of how fast I get up either, i could move as slow as a turtle and it can still happen.. doctor said it's nothing to worry about....I tend to think otherwise...I was thinking of getting a second opinion.

heh heh I guess either way you get dizzy lol. I don't experience so much vision loss as I do vision fuzziness. I try to keep my BP down tho so I don't have a stroke or heart attack or anything like that. It is kinda scarry really, and I am almost thinking I need a second opinion as well. anyways I am glad that you found out what it was Talon.
