Another Car accident

On Saturday I was rearended and I am very lucky that I am sitting here, cause had there been more cars, I would be pretty bad. I was hit in a very dangeruos stretch of freeway and lots of people have died there. I got control, I was taken to the hospital again, I just went to retrieve my belongings out of my car, and it damage is pretty iffy if it's going to be fixed. Mybumper is shoved up under my car. Okay so the worst part of it. The person who hit me kept driving, I was going around 60-65(the speed limit is 60) he was going, I'd say by the damage, 80-90. The good part, some one saw the assF*@% hit me and followed his BAKA @$$. The state patrol are trying to find him. They have his adress but they are trying to find him, and the car. Chances of the car being stolen are pretty slim because the driver that the car was registered to had a revoked liscence. I am pretty peeved, cause I thought I was starting to make some progress, my arms and legs weren't going numb as often and my neck was starting to feel better, now It is like ten times worse than it was before. I am Pissed off and I hope when they find this person they meet BUBBA in Jail and Bubba does things to him yeah I know I am pissed but people like that deserve to rot in cell some where with bubba. I would have posted this in my personal thread but mine is locked for the time being and I am only letting you know cause well I figured some one might want to know, I don't know. Anyways going back to my GUM sabbatical after this.

Hit and run does not equal lifetime in jail. It sucks that you got hit and I feel bad for you, but that just doesn't make sense.

Someone here got hit at a crosswalk and died because she got run over by someone who didn't yield. The person that didn't yield only got a $350+ ticket because that's all they cane fine her for.

Sometimes the law just sucks. The fact that it fits and works well in most cases doesn't make it any less sucky when it happens to you .

Well I found out that the Driver is still being tracked and that he has a criminal record and the cops know him liek they know him by name. This dude didn't have a job but yet had a nice car and well the only thoughts/idea's I have on this is that he is a drug dealer of some sort. Anyways people who hit and run do deserve to do time, but unfortunately since no one saw "Him" hit me he won't go to jail for it but he is still liable for all damages. Well must go again have con in four days and must finish berserker costumes. He he he.

no they are it's just they can't confirm that the owner of the car was driving they just saw the car driving, and the windows were tinted so even if it hadn't been dark they still wouldn't have been able to see him.
