Hey all this is my first post! I was doing great with my exercises routine all of last summer. Then I broke my arm half way through my first semester of college T-T. That kinda killed my workout for 6 week, and also my eating habits. (I ate almost nothing for a week cuz it hurt so bad, and after that nothing but "comfort food" to make me feel better") Neways I have been attempting to get back on my weight loss plan since the end of November, but I am having huge problems. 1: Motivation. I have not been on a dance mat in over a month (the club i usually meet with to play meets during my physics lab time this semester) that and I am having trouble getting back to the gym. 2: Food. Like most college the one I go to is lacking in the healthy food. In addition to that I am getting tired of eating the few healthy options they have. 3: Frustration. It is driving me crazy that the weight I have lost has left me with loose skin. Will this go away eventually? I feel like more of a wreck now than i did before i lost 20# Any advice at all is appreciated. Chris

I'm in college as well. Do you have an option to where you can cancel your meal plan and go elsewhere for food? Dining hall food is always so bad for you and gives you very little with options.

I'm very fortunate because my college is two seconds away from my home, so I can always come back for healthier foods...but has that gotten me anywhere? Nooo HAH HA HAH I'm a hopeless case =]
