I was playing last night, being the typical bar raper that I am (hey I need it for the speed right now lol) and I started noticing whenever I went to pivot left and right (was doing The Beginning on expert, evil!) I'd get this tweak in my elbow joint. Well it kept getting worse and worse and by the end of the night, I was off the bar in pain doing stupid ass hard mode on doubles. Sitting here in the chair this morning, if I reach back to put my hands on the arm rails "bar raping" style, I get a shooting pain all the way up and down my arm. Is this the end for me?! I'm heartbroken. I've come so far, I have no idea if I'll ever be able to do fast runs without holding on. So now I have to lay off the arms and stick with the legs. What if I have this pain every time I play? I can't bear the thought. Just venting.. and a little depressed Ali

Maybe all you need is a break for a few days. Hold off on using the bar for a week or so, let your arms recooperate. If you still have the problem after a while, you may have sprained something. Give it a few days though and you should be fine

Crossovers aren't great for bar raping. It's ok to let go with one hand. And even though people tell you you're supposed to put ALL your weight on the bar, you're really not. You should still keep proper posture, even with the bar.
