I can't jump or run at all. When I tried playing DDR the other day, it ended as a mess because when I get to those parts with the double arrows, I jump, and my hip/hip bone just kills. I tried running on the treadmill too but I hurts just as much as Jumping does. Is it because my hip area is sore? I was doing suicides in PE the other day and the next day, my whole body was sore. I "think" this was the day when my hip started to hurt. What seems to be the problem?

Go to a doctor and ask. You might have stress fractures in your bones. You might have overused a joint and have osteoporosis. You should go ask a doctor who will know much more about it than I do .

At your age, it's more likely growing pains than osteoperosis, but you should probably have a doctor take a look at it.

Well, what a coincidence...
I was just about to make a new post about my happy return to dancing games after a 2 year hiatus due to hip muscular problems. It seems we might have something in common.
A little backstory: About 4 or 5 years ago, I noticed a developing pain in both my outer hips. It would vary from side to side and it was aggravated with increased excercise - the more I walked or ran, the more it would hurt. It actually got to the point when the pain was so bad, I couldn't even walk across a room without limping like crazy. Mind you, this was prior to my interest in DDR. It was usually worst in the morning when I would get out of bed. I'd have to gingerly position myself and stand up slowly to avoid strong bursts of pain.
I saw a number of doctors about it, but x-rays should no bone problem. I even had an MRI that only revealed some inflammation in the area around the joint. The pain felt like it was located inside the joint, but the doctor suggested I try physical therapy. I don't know why, but I was convinced it was a serious issue and I didn't think therapy would help.
Also, it was right around this time that I had gotten into DDR in a big way. I bought two Cobalt Flux pads and played on them daily. Unfortunately, the more I played, the more I couldn't play. I used to have these little bursts of several days of playtime, followed by a week of severe pain. So, disappointed, I returned the pads.
When I visited the therapist, she examined the muscles around my hips. She told me to sit down. When I did, she laughed and told me she'd discovered the root of the problem. Apparantly, I had a habit of sitting with my legs spread wide open. Of course, I had been doing this for many years and, over time, it caused the outer muscles to develop poorly and very tightly. Doing physical activites like running or playing DDR requires one to quickly thrust his legs in all different directions. The reason the pain developed was because I was quickly yanking on muscles that were too tight and underdeveloped to handle the stress.
Now, it's almost three years after my therapy sessions. It took awhile, but after weeks of stretching, exercising, running, and soccer, I've managed to bring my muscles back into proper working condition. I'm very excited to finally get back into DDR and buy back my pads!
So, I'm not sure if this is the same problem you're facing, but if it sounds feasible, let me know and I might be able to help you further or advise a stretching routine.
