Fable is ok, it was waaaay to hyped up. But its probably worth a rental. I cant wait for Ultramix 2 on the 16th!!! Oh yeah, and Halo 2 on the 9th.

I think Halo 2 deserves the !!!'s, and Ultramix 2 deserves the "oh yeah,."

Though I enjoy playing a lot of games, I'd say my favorite games (not including DDR) are Final Fantasy Tactics, Lufia II, Perfect Dark, Castlevania: Circle of the Moon, Halo 2, Kirby Air Ride, and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.

Ok... here's my favorites:
1) All of the Final Fantasy's 2) Star Ocean - The Second Story (I have yet to play the third edition. I'm waiting for the price to go down a bit more.) 3) Xenosaga 4) Chrono Cross 5) Legend of Dragoon

Yeah... could you tell I'm not really one for the whole sports game things or the ones that are based on movies. ugh... marketing at its best, I guess. As for the shoot em up games, I always end up dying and getting frustrated or I have a hard time figuring out the controls for some reason. As for RPG's.. I kind of think of them like puzzles. Something you have to think through and plan to get to the end. Not to mention, I really like the whole story line and character development and how you have to interact with the other characters or players.

Chrono Cross but no Chrono Trigger? That is weird. I liked Cross, but Trigger was a bazillion times better. If you haven't played it, ROM it up whenever it wouldn't cut into that DDR-related goal of yours (well, you could buy Final Fantasy Collection, but there are horrible load times in that emulated version).
What about fighting games? You didn't mention not being good at those. Or driving (possibly Kart)? I'm not a fan of most driving games, but Kart racers and Crazy Taxi games are fun.

I'll be man enough to say it: I love the Pokemon games. The GBA is really my favorite outlet for video games anyway. Pokemon titles tend to be involving enough to keep my interest for quite a while.
The American Final Fantasy 2 has been my favorite of that series.
River City Ransom, old school. The GBA port was a lot of fun as well, but the original will remain the classic.
