Ok she told me this a few weeks ago but I didnt want to start a realtionship right at the moment then later I told her I liked her alot. well she told me the same but she lied A freind of hers told me and her cousin told me.

I don't know what to do seriosly this has put a big thing on me about girls I don't know if girls like me or not.

Advice time: You'll save yourself a lot of time and stress if you just put it out there. This teenage "do they/don't they, no you tell first, it's my friend, not me" malarky only serves to waste your time. Just put it out there "I think you're cool and I'd like to hang out with you more". If she says no, then you can focus on finding someone else, and she's done you a favor by not wasting your time.

Well we go to the same school and for the next month he acted like nothing ever happened. And I was just like, hello?!?!?? What are you doing??? I didn't say anything though. I've given up on him, I think its safe to say that I shouldn't go out someone who justs forgets about me.

If the person didn't ask you face to face then don't take it seriously. It could be that it wasn't even him. Maybe he has no clue or maybe he was just playing with your emotions.. I guess I'm saying to learn from it, find the signals that match the end result, and build your strength instead of letting it get torn down. It does work out, eventually.

In most cases, but not always true. This guy I went out with asked me out through e-mail. We went, had fun, might even still be going out if I hadn't moved away.

I had a developing crush on a guy in 8th grade, he felt the same way about me too. We decided agaisnt a summer realtionship and got to know eachother online alot. Well coming into my freshman year he asked me out but not in person over email. I accepted and we always talked online. The problem was we didn't have any classes or lunch together. Well they day come when I decided it wasn't working, he ended up having my lunch that day, sat at the table i was at but sat next to his friend brandy and flirted with her the whole time. He didn't say one word at all.

I finally got an email from him that day and he dumped me, he was a major jerk about it too.

So my advice is to get to know people online and in person. It helps alot.

Well, one thing that happened to me once was that I got to know a guy online really well, we really clicked, told each other a lot of really personal stuff. We finally went on a date, and although he was nice and all, we just really didn't click that well in person. I felt so bad that now he knew all this personal stuff about me. So after that, I didn't get too personal before meeting in person.

I had a friend who met a girl online, they dated for about a year. She lived about 5 hours away, but they did meet quite a few times.In the end, the long distance killed them, they really liked eachother, but only being together a few times a year just didn't work out. She ended up cheating on my friend.

More recently, a friend of my girlfriend's met a guy online from north carolina (we live in pennsylvania). They talked on the phone every night. Just last week he was up here for a conference of some sort and she finally met him, she was so happy after meeting him, and he broke up with her the next day.

I know internet relationships can work, but make sure you're careful, its very easy to get hurt.

I agree with that. When I was 13 I had a stalker... he got my phone number, would send me presents in the mail (how he got my address is beyond me) and it turns out he was 36... I thought he was 18. He said he loved me and wanted me to bear his children, which *duh* creeped me out. He lives in Australia and I live in Canada, so he wasn't much of a threat, but he still got charged.

People need to learn you keep their Internet relationships and their real life relationships combined. I see so many high school kids who use MSN or ICQ as their crutch, it's all they do. It's amazing what people will say when they're not faced with the obstacle of confrontation. It's bad for your social skills, especially when it comes to the point where you depend on chat rooms for friendships and you don't ever talk face to face with the person in real life. *climbs down off the soapbox*

well there is that, but I have met some cool people off the internet. Some kids from xbox live who happen to live bye me. So a friendship really isnt all to bad, but its the online romantic relationship that you must be careful of. But I do know couples who have met online, and they are happy as can be, like E-harmony. Pack up and move on mate.. Unfortunately, these are the things in life that can either break you down or lift you up.

Break you down - in the sense that you start thinking that every girl you meet is going to be like this blah blah blah. Hurting your head over ppl who don't care - why waste the precious second you have of your life on that?

Lift you up - Okay even if the girl was joking, at least you got her interested in you enuff to talk. Granted she was talking some B.S. you found out, but at least you got her to talk to you. It may not seem like much but those little battles can lead you to win the war.

to clear everythign up shes not a random person off the net she's from around my town and stuff i know her cousin, and some of her friends. I've talked to her on the phone several times b4 this occasion. She said she liked me it didn't work out though and i've moved on with my head held high. Then the prom inicdent lol its in another one of my posts.

haha I think this one girl likes me were great togther all we do is laugh and fight (play fight) but she has a boy friend but haah I gotta say this I showed her my "halo 2 skills" thing I made and she liked it HAHA.
