well I would play but every day I have football practice, and afterwards I just want to take a shower and lay down. Is this enough exercise a day, to keep losing weight. Thanks in advance

Most likely football practice is enough, doing all those drills and such will burn plenty of calories.

I'm not trying to diss or anything, it may different where ever you live, but football practice where I lived used to not be so bad... sometimes after football I'd be pumped up...if only I'd had DDR then.

My coach is going for the perfect condtion team where we will be able to run after games and stuff, Which we did after our first scrimmage this tuesday we ran 8 50 yard sprints and I wasen't even feeling it and I played the whole game. I was like whoa, then we sung our victory tune. It was the perfect night lol.
I felt it latter though I jumped right in bed without a shower lol, gotta change thoughs sheets.

I remember the days of 8 100 yd sprints in under 35 secs. nonstop at conditioning... I'll never look back.

All I can say is that DDR is nothing compared to cheerleading practice. Maybe you should change sports.
