45-90 minutes. Usually after I get home from work. Unofrtuately, I only do this every 4 or so days. I really need to learn to do smaller workouts more frequently.

I usually play for about 60 minutes a day on heavy mode. I try to do it all at once because if I take a break then I get lazy and don't finish my time! ;D

I usually play at least an hour. This morning I played two hours because I knew that I wouldn't have time tomorrow. Since you are on a metal pad, you might want to wear good athletic shoes so that you give your joints a rest from the bouncing.

I try to play at least an hour (usually between 90 min and two hours) 3 days a week. I'm still new at it tho, so i only play on light mode. I feel lazy compared to all you experts playing on heavy!!!!

I feel lazy compared to all you experts playing on heavy!!!! Don't feel lazy. If light mode gets your heart rate up enough, then you aren't being lazy. As you improve you'll find that you need to play harder songs to get your body to work hard enough, and you'll be playing heavy in no time!

I do about 45-60 minutes a day on Standard/Workout Mode followed by a brief amount of weight lifting. Five days a week. It's all I have time for, but combined with a diet it's also getting results.

3 hours every 2 days is good. Take a couple of water breaks in between and you'll get real fit.

I have played for 8 hours at a time. The average at home is about an hour because, well, I do the 1000CBO specifically but in the arcade... 2-4 hours normally.

i play about 1:30 - 2 hours depending how tired i get during the workout. i sweat buckets, so to cut down on the laundry i do it only once every day. i'm still stuck on beginner mode tho, but i find myself gravitating toward the harder songs. i manage to get A/AA on about every song (except "in my heart") i'll need to get a AA in every song before i move on to light mode. i'm getting pretty good at the air steps. and i just broke a 100+ combo today (SCORE!) so i guess i'm moving along at a reasonable pace i hope to get up to heavy mode (eventually) but for now light/beginners mode is working me pretty hard hope to see you guys around!

i'll need to get a AA in every song before i move on to light mode. My advice is to not do this. Once you hit the "A" level of scoring, the only difference is the number of perfects vs greats in your score. You will only get a marginal bit better if you continue at this level. Once you can A the majority of songs at a difficulty, start trying easier songs at a higher difficulty. Your ability will improve much faster.

I play around 30 minutes at least three times a week. Being a busy college student, I don't always have the time I want to play. Stupid homework. I'm trying to get down to 220 in two weeks. I was at 233 two weeks ago. So I'm working steadily towards it.

i usually play for about an hour. when i first started i would do 30 minutes in workout mode on konamix.....now i play extreme for ps2 and i usually play at night after working a 13 hour waitressing shift so i tire pretty easy. when i play during the day i can go for hours, especially if playing against friends in versus mode.

I only play 30-60 minutes a day. I would like to play more but I get so frustrated when I can't do good on an easy song that I know I should be able to do perfectly. I'm only on light and that makes the frustration worse.
