Since a couple of days ago I have been waking up at around 5 am and falling asleep during the day. I usually go to bed around 1 or 2 and sometimes 3 (meh that sounded like vowels...) does anyone have suggestions (should I go to bed earlier?) because this is pissing me off that I can't get a good nights sleep

Do you get up when you wake up at 5am? Are you waking up on your own or is there an outside occurrence that is waking you up? If you're waking up a 5am on your own, your body is trying to tell you that it's done sleeping. Listen to it (If you can, I know pesky things like jobs get in the way).
If you listen to your body and let it tell you how much sleep you need, you'll get back on a decent sleep schedule.

There can be many reasons why some one has sleeping problems. It used to take me 1-2 hours before I could fall asleep. This is because my muscles would never relax. I now take some stuff call CAL MAC, which relaxes your muscles and actually helps me go to sleep quicked. If you cant find that anywhere, just look for some sort of muscle relaxant instant formula, and take it right before you go to sleep.

It's not that I can't fall asleep it's just I wake up about 5 hours after i fall asleep and can't go back to sleep. But I do have good news! I just save.... I slept from 7-3 for the last 2 days which is the best sleep I've gotten.
