Not last Fri., but the Fri. before I weighed in at 234.5 lbs. I weighed myself yesterday and I was at 242! This morning I weighed in at 240. I need to get back on track and eating healthy and doing DDR is going to get me back on track.
I am thinking of posting what I eat and weigh daily online. I am also thinking of posting what songs I played and all the information (perfects, greats and what not).
Anywho, just thought I'd update ya'll about me! Take care!

hi jerrad.. dont feel so down on yourself because it happens to the best of us. its happened to me before and i suggest keeping an online journal. i have one at Livejournal.com it is free and it keeps me on track and logging in what i eat, how i excercise, how i am feeling. it does a body good to keep a journal. it keeps u motivated. just keep on going...

Yeah i can feel ya. That is the worst thing that can happen. I was doing good with eating and DDR and looked at the scale and was up 15 pounds. Just got to keep looking at the scale and making sure you don't go crasy with bad food.

We all mess up... for instance yesterday I had some fried foods when I all but vowed to keep them out of my diet...
I felt guilty... but I fired up the XBox and abused myself in a good way. It was amazing, I beat some personal high goals and that guilt was gone.
You recognized you slid back a bit, but its all good... you can do something about it now.
So hang in there and keep up the good work.

So on goes some burgers with swiss and american cheese.. mmm so good especially with sourcream and onion chips... mmmm and diet cola...mmmmmmmmmm! Wonderful.. just hate to see howmuch I gained from that. Guess its back to the old dance pad.

Yeah the wagon always comes around twice, fall off of it to many times and it might just leave you stranded.

Don't sweat it - everyone has those days - the main thing is to jump back on..
I've slipped a bit recently more due to medical problems( back injury) the last couple of days, but hopefully the problems will subside soon and I can get back to ddr on a regular basis. Plus, I'll be gettin my mIcheal Thurmond workour program soon ,so I hope that gets me back on the right track again.

Anywho, just thought I'd update ya'll about me! Take care! Jerrad Simply keeping track of what you eat (amount, calories, fat and carb content) is a fantastic way of changing your eating habits. Once you make yourself aware of how many calories you're taking in, you start to think about everything you're about to eat. Simply cutting out 250 calories a day and DDRing 250 calories worth will help you drop a pound a week. (for reference, a medium french fry from Wendy's is 390 calories. A 20 oz. bottle of Coke is 250 calories) You don't have to actively decide to eat healthier, I've found. But keeping track just makes you aware of just how much you're taking in to your body.

im just a noob but i like to only weigh myself once a week, then you work harder the whole week to have a lower weight. it helps me. 11 days of diet and ddr and ive lost 7.5 lbs!

To subside my cravings for fatty fodds, i have a fat day once a month and just eat whatever I want, but not too much of it. then i work like hell the next day in ddr.
