Has anyone really ever done that. I've never stubbed my toe. I even kick my foot against things in hopes to stub it just so I can know what people are talking about. If perchance someone here could give me a detailed description of what it feels like to have a stubbed toe I'd be very appreciative.

Detailed description of stubbed toe:
1) The actual stubbing: Usually it's just a piece of furniture or something on the ground you just didn't see and kick accidentally, but in rare occasions one can actually fall forwards and stub your toe in a ballerina stance. The key difference here being that the latter is FAR more painful.
2)The Immediate pain: This depends greatly on how hard the toe was stubbed. Since we all know that Force=Mass x Acceleration, the greater the mass of your leg or the faster it was moving: the greater the resultant force of impact will be (In Newtons of course [Kilogram Meters per second squared])
3)The After Pain: Again this depends largely on the initial resultant force of impact. Higher forces of impact cause the small bones in the toes and feet to compact and therefore become inflammed and swell. As the swelling occurs one can expect throbbing pain until the swelling subsides
And that's pretty much how it works..

A lot of the time I stub my baby-toe, and it gets wrenched sideways. This is usually because I did not correctly anticipate where my foot was going and I turned a corner too fast. I do that much more then directly stubbing my big toe, and it hurts more too what with the dislocation and the torn muscles/ligaments

I stub my toe a lot but also my knee. Everything in my house is now at the same size as my knee. My bed gets hit all the time by it. It is just annoying.

I hate when I do that. The bed always jumps out infront of me. My luggage does the same thing.. I think they are all out to get me
