First of all, don't ever commit suicide. No matter how bad life seems, don't do it. If your parents buy unhealthy food, don't eat it. It might seem rude ignoring your parents but I don't really see an alternative. Eat foods that are low calorie but still filling (salads without much dressing, subway). If you ever crave for a snack, eat a fruit or drink milk. Also, try talking to your parents again and again; I'm sure one of these times, they will listen to you. Stick to an exercise routine. I'm assuming you play DDR so use that to work out your legs, do some crunches, pushups, etc. Hope this helps.

Consider asking your school nurse or your doctor for some help to talk to you and your parents together. A professional might help your parents understand the effect food is having on you.

Just push yourself each time you play. Do some warm up songs, then do some songs that are in your comfort zone, and then go a bit beyond your comfort zone. It's ok if you fail a few songs, as long as you get a good workout. And drinking water is a lot better than anything other drinks (stay away from energy drinks, soft drinks).
