I played DDR for 15 minutes yesterday. Today, my right knee only hurts very bad, to put any pressure on it. It does it when I do aerobic activities. Any tips of what to do to help it?

you may have to consider getting an ace bandage for you r knee. I have bad knees too. Losing the weight may also help with the pain./

Go see a doctor. He can tell you what's going wrong, and give you advice on what to do differently to correct it.

I don't think they can force you into getting the shot if you don't want it. Especially if you don't have insurance . . . tell them you can't afford it. Something like you're describing . . . bad pain, can't put pressure on it . . . sounds like something could be serious. Go see a doctor . . . until you go, you can take Aleve and ice it. But definitely go see your doc.

I had this happen to me when I first started playing DDR. It passed in about a week, I think my body was adjusting to all the jumping I was doing. Hmm, I feel lucky to live in Canada with free health care

Hmm, I feel lucky to live in Canada with free health care Well it's always happened to me. When I first played ddr, it would do it. When I go running/walking, did it. It still hurts though. Hurt all day.
