I wasn't too sure at where to post this, but My friend joey has been playing Drummania a lot lately. And his arms have gotten like...double plus buff, lol, so if anyone wants a video game for upper body strength try Drummania!

You can find Drummania in the occasional arcade, but it's quite rare this side of the Pacific. There were three mixes released for PS1/2 in Japan.
