Just once in my life I want to pass a 10-footer. I want to find one to keep practicing to pass.
I play pretty consistent "B"s on 9-footers and have passed MaxUnlimited and Max300 on Standard.
Can anybody suggest the "easiest" 10-footer I might have a chance to pass?
I have Maxx2, Extreme 1 &2, and SuperNova all PS2.

Sakura tends to be the first 10 for most folks I know.

That's because it's more of a 9. There are 9's out there that are harder than Sakura.
If you want an easy 10 that's actually a 10... Xepher (It's on the borderline for being a 10, but it's much closer to it than Sakura) works well.
You can probably survive through Chaos, given that the only real challenge in it is tons of random stops. The score won't be great, but it should be relatively easy to pass.
Healing-D-Vision on Heavy/Expert (NOT CHALLENGE) is fairly easy except for the last 15 or so seconds, which has some short 8th note streams at 350 bpm.
The other ones (especially the other 10's from Supernova) are all substantially harder than these.

I would suggest playing more 9s to build up stamina and foot speed. Also, try Bag heavy using speed mods. It's not a 10 when using speed mods but once you get good at reading squished arrows, then you can try it at 1x/1.5x.

I think my first DDR 10 was TLOM, hahaha. I agree with the person above me though, try to get your stamina as high as physically possible. Once that happens, you'll be able to handle the 300bpm streams with ease.

Plus it's not on any PS2 release... She needs one from Maxx2, Extreme 1 or 2, or Supernova.

O sorry. I don't really know which songs are on any of the console mixes. I actually think that if you get your stamina and foot speed really high, then max 300 will be easy since it has no crossovers and or any tricky steps. The real hard parts are the beginning where there is a 16(?) arrow run and the end when you start getting tired. Good luck!

Thanks for the ideas. I know I'll stick with the songs I like best and both Sakura and Xephyr are awesome songs and I do really good at them on Standard/Diffcult so I'll give them a shot. Also I've never really messed with speed mods before so maybe it's time to try that now. When I pass my 10 -- I hope it's in 2007, LOL-- you'll hear about it!
