Dance games for kids?

Does anybody know about quality of the dance game knockoffs that just plug into the TV without a game console) for young kids (like Dance Mania)? I would like to get my young niece & nephew into dance games but don't want to put out the bucks yet for DDR stuff til I know they'll like it and do it. They're a bit too young to do the arcade very well yet.

On the other hand I don't want the game to be so crappy it doesn't work more than a month then they get turned off.

Haven't tried them, but there's supposed to be official Konami plug & play Disney and Strawberry Shortcake DDRs coming out this fall. Majesco does the all of the plug in joystick arcade games, so the quality should be decent. I'll probably pick up the Disney one when I see it.

my aunt has one of those "Plug in and play" DDR games and theres like 25 songs from DDR like Butterfly and Boom Boom Dollar but there all soung like ringtones. you decision now, but I didn't like it.
