Hi, im new here and would love to share my story with you guys. I started playing DDR like 2 years ago but stopped because my pad sucked and I kept getting pissed off at the game. 4 months ago I decided to start losing weight because I was 17 and weighed 215 lbs. I bought myself a foam and eventually metal pad and got a job at a place with DDR extreme. I play so much now it’s not even funny. (like 7-10 hours a week) I have lost 49lbs since that 4 months ago by playing DDR and running. I think you start to lose weight when you get to heavy songs and play them over and over. My 3 favorite songs are Deikenkai, A, and Dead End. I have gotten an AA on almost every song in the game except for some 9 and 10 footers. Max 300 is also very fun and you work like crazy to pass it. Anyway, just wanted to say hi and tell everyone that Im happy to gjoin this “community.”

Welcome to the community. You should integrate yourself by posting your goals and how you intend to get to them. Good job on losing the nearly 50 pounds already. Yeah,.... assuming you still have goals because that would put you at like.... 165 and most guys can get away with that. So anyway, let us know .
