Hey, just for anyone out there who has to put their soft pad on tile, a way you can make it stop slipping is by putting a no-slip rubber "kitchen pad" on it. You know, those really thin little floor pads (that are usually colored blue or green). I just put a strip on the bottom of my pad and it makes it stay in place great!
