Mine are either grooving or flailing :3 In faster/higher foot songs, they're right out to keep me balance.
When I'm having fun and in the mood to dance, I'll throw in a few cheesy claps XD

I just let my arms move with my body. My boyfriend, however, always plays with his left arm straight, and his right arm slightly beside/behind him, with his fist in a ball. He says he doesn't notice it. haha.

I personally let my arms do whatever. Sometimes they are loose and just going with my motions, or sometimes they are stiff to prevent them from hitting certain...private areas. Seriously tho, dont let your arms get too loose, I have racked myself a few times...yes, it hurts, BUT I FINISHED THE SONG!!! /flex
