Hey all. Just wondering if you'd check out: www.cafepress.com/DDRdancewear and see if anything rouses your interest. Any money made from the items is going towards a feature-length mockumentary about one man's rise and fall and rise from the DDR realm. It's Rocky meets Dodgeball. I appreciate your time. Have a great day! Any questions about the movie, reply here.

Yeah, I've actually seen a few of these kind of sites before. I've been tempted to buy some shirts or something, but I'm a cheapskate.

If it were anybody but cafepress... knowing CafePress' pricing scheme he's getting less than $2 on each item sold.

Is there any other place that does something like Cafepress? The pricing scheme is goofy, but they were the only place I knew of.

I don't know of any place that would deal with the small volumes you're probably looking at. But as an alternative, you may want to set up a payapl donation button. Someone who may not be willing to pay $17 for a t-shirt so you can get $2 may be willing to donate $5 directly to you and get nothing in return. Or you could credit all donators in the credits of your film. Or, if you can find a T-shirt/custom gift place in your area that's willing to work in small volumes you could give a free t-shirt to everyone who donates $x or more, and take CP out of the picture altogether.

Thanks abrannan for the advice. I tried the paypal donation for a different movie earlier this summer and it didn't get a LOT of donations, but some. And what you said is what I did: gave credit on the website and in the film. I thought I might try this route because of my obsession with DDR and graphics I had just lying on my computer. If it doesn't work out, I might try the paypal thing again. In the mean time, I've added another design at www.cafepress.com/DDRdancewear'Your Pad or Mine?' tees are available now.

I've added a baseball jersey (3 colors) and other shirt colors and a junior spaghetti strap tee.
