again, first, i cant spell please be kind... As stated in another post im new to ddr.. I started 1 week ago. I knew it existed but i always thought it was cheesey when i was younger... now its a different story since i can download the music i like into dwi or even make my own ( 225 songs so far) I got a full set of equipment DR on a projector is a sight to see and thinking about trading my dx pads for metal.. selling my ddrmax 2 and dx pad(opened but never used) Im on atkins since may/04 and have gone from 240 to 217. i work out 1 hour a day on ddr twice a day and try to fit in 30 minutes of yoga/excise ball somewhere in between. having issues with my left knee at the moment... I have a little boy (joziah 2/epilepsy) and have been married to (Joshua) since 4/21/01. I run my own business from home which is great becuase im with the baby, but im always in front of the PC Hope i get a chance to know more about all of you. God Bless, Cleo

One comment. No pain no gain is one fo the biggest exercise myths. Pain exists for a reason, to let you know that something is wrong. Please get your knee checked out before you blow out an ACL.
