ebay's probably your best bet at this point. I doubt you'll find it used at any of the ebgames/gamestop type places.

I tried E-bay but the problem is I live in Canada and the only 1st DDR says it will only ship to the US

There is a very small supply of DDR for US PS1, and a pretty high demand right now, that's why you hear about copies of DDR Disney Mix selling for $100+. What would be great is if Konami would release a DDR PS1 pack on a single PS2 disc of all three US PS1 releases, with upgraded framerates, much like they did with Space Channel 5 Special Edition.

I tried looking for the original ddr but couldn't fine it...i only saw ddr 2....so yeah i suggest ebay is ya choice...but you can try other stores and wish ya luck on finding it...but it would be rare
