problems with DDR: 2nd remix append club version 2

I just received DDR: 2nd remix append club version vol.2 today. The problem is that I cannot get it to boot on playstation 2 or regular psx. I get to an intro screen, then a second screen that has 3 options, but you cannot pick any of the 3. One of the options says something about a disc change. Do I need something else to play this game? This is the only psx import game I have not been able boot. Let me know what the deal is.

Given that it's an append, I'd say you need 2nd mix to run it.
