I bought a pretty similar looking pad off ebay a few weeks back. The sensors are already going a little weird, but it's still nicer than the Mad Catz (IMO).
The instructions came on a pink card, and were written in very broken English. If I can find them, I plan to scan them and post the picture online. It was hilarious.
The big quirk is that unlike most soft pads, the left and right arrows on this take turns going out.
Overall: far from perfect, but still a little nicer and more accurate than my unpadded mat. I'd wait for more people to reply too - people have a lot of different experiences with them.

It's a knock-off of the Ignition. Here's a few thing to look for if and when you get it:
Foam pad thickness, you want it to be at least 3/4" preferrably 7/8"-1" . The foam should be very firm, you shouldn't be abel to completely flatten it.
The mat surface itself shouldn't be brittle at all, otherwise it will crack under the stress of repeated play.

This was the first pad I ever used, and I got it off ebay bundled with DDR extreme. It worked very well for about 2-3 months, but now they (I got 2) are both totally useless. One of them the down arrow is out, and the other about all of them are gone. If you don't use them everyday or just buy them for the short term they are pretty good mats.
