death metal wouldent work, it would be all 16th runs to the horrible drumming or guitar. Haha. A common misconception for those of which aren't totally immersed within the death metal realm. Try downloading anything by Dimmu Borgir [which is actually Black Metal] or Amon Amarth if you want to know what death metal really is. You're thinking of Grindcore, a pretty awful genre featuring bands such as Cannibal Corpse, Cattle Decapitation, and Vader.

Try downloading anything by Dimmu Borgir [which is actually Black Metal] or Amon Amarth if you want to know what death metal really is. You're thinking of Grincore, a pretty awful genre featuring bands such as Cannibal Corpse, Cattle Decapitation, and Vader. And this is the problem with fringe music these days. Nobody wants to be grouped together. The only way for this type of music to thrive is to band together into a larger category. It's Heavy metal, regardless of whether it's Glam, Arena, Goth, Death, Grimcore, etc. It's club music regardless of whether or not it's House, techno, trance, hip-hop, trance hop, electornic, EBM, Industrial, Electro, Dirty Drum, psytrance, Dark trance, California Desert Psytrance, etc. It's country regardless of being country, pop country, bluegrass, western, australian western, canadian western, etc. You just have to look at it the same way someone outside your genre would look at it. Otherwise you're never going to gain enough of a critical mass to be self-sustaining.

I voted for Toxic. I have it in StepMania and it plays surprisingly well. But if I could pick a different one, I'd pick Mr. Roboto, by Styx. ;D
As for American Idiot... *gag*

I can't vote for toxic. While it might be okay for DDR, the music video made me gag. Sorry, not a Britney fan. ^-^

Oh, I think it might go okay on DDR. Just hate the person who sings it. Can't help it. Je ne sais pas. I totally spelled that wrong and used bad grammar. ;D
Now, Tarkan and the remix of the 'Russian Drinking Song' (we don't know the real name) would be fun AND songs I like in real life.

Metallica is alright, but since the switch to...a punk feel, they have gone downhill.

green day is still good for me. Classic Green day from 10 years ago, cool. The new stuff, not so much. Never thought I'd ever say "classic" Green Day... God I feel old.
