JUst as long as it wasn't any of the music I have to avoid. ^#^ I have different periods of my life, with different theme songs...currently a song by Tarkan I have no idea of the name of is my themesong. I have no idea what he's talking about, but hey. (its in a foreign language.)

Of the list you posted, Toxic. It's the only one that would really fit DDR, IMO. Dip it low is way too slow, sk8r boi is too repetitive, etc.

What Konami needs to do is do themed DDRs. THey could start with remixes of their classic games (ala Twinbee and Burning Heat). I'd love to DDR to a castlevania remix, or Contra. Based upon the success of that, I'd like Konami to go to Sony and sign a deal to do Genre-based DDR games with the Sony music artists, or even to have certain sony dance artists include a 5 song DDR game of tracks from an album as a pack in to an album. It's a win-win situation. You get DDR players buying the album (and not downloading it) to get the extra songs, you get fans of the artist to buy PS2s and dance mats (and probably other DDR mixes).

Hmm funny, you know aside from her low key voice, the beat is pretty good.. Besides the last time I checked, some if not all of the DDR songs, weren't sung by the greatest voices either lol..

It's not a voice quality issue, it's just that all of her songs are monotone. There's no melody to them. Plenty of rhythm and beat, but no melody.

Toxic would be great! That break down in the middle of the song could slow the arrows way down and then speed them back up when the chorus comes back. Oh man... now I'm going to be wishing for Toxic on DDR.

Death metal, most notably metal is one of the most rapidly growing genres of music today. Not only has it several variations of music, but it features some of the most complex and original musicianship. Some of the songs, despite a techno euro-beat, would be very challenging yet fun due to their great guitar lines. Not to mention how tricky stepping the double-bass drumming parts would be. Hizzah!
