Hey Everyone! This is Tanya Jessen (aka 'getupmove.com girl') - I just wanted to write an update post since I haven't said anything in a while on these forums. It's been great seeing these forums flourish and grow into such a mainstay community! I've met and seen quite a few people that have been more inspired and motivated to lose weight just because of the people that post here and support eachother and I think that is awesome. To those that have had success, don't be afraid to share it with the world! DDR is a great game that has changed my life and I would love to see it really grow into something where Gyms would have DDR machines and more games are active like DDR is. In regards to me, there's still some activity in the DDR weight loss sector. The American Diabetes Association recently wrote this great article about it here: docnews.diabetesjournals.org/cgi/content/short/1/2/17and People Magazine recently put a story in their "Your Diet" special about it as well. I read the article and I think it's really cool they're starting programs for it in school, I wish mine would. I would take the gym class every period... Oh, and nice pic hah.
