Konamix, Disney Mix, and DDR USA all have different songs than MAX1&2 (there is some overlap) so if you can find them for a good price, I say why not?

I read somewhere that I would not be able to save the KONAMIX info on my PS 2 UNLESS I have a PS1 memory card for it...
Is that true? Thanks A!

It's true. Pick up a used PS1 memory card at EBgames or Gamestop, if you get Konamix.
Oh, and you don't have to post multiple places to get my attention. I read almost every thread (except ones that stretch 4+ pages)

I am not a gamer..just have it for DDR..so I am lost on this stuff
Will it mess up the PS 2 at all to have a PS 1 memory card in it? Can I have the PS 2 memory card and PS 1 card in at same time?
Thanks A.
PS I private messaged you with a question..

It won't mess anything up, you'll just have one card in the one memory card slot, and the other card in the other slot. It's built to work that way. Sony was very nice and gave us backward compatibility in the PS2, and they'll do the same for PS3.

Just be sure that if you buy a ps memory card its a Sony one not one of those cheap knockoffs or you might be seeing data corrupted messages. Trust me, its already happened to me.
