Well, I just got back from the beach for the weekend (Salisbury, if anyone is from the Mass area), and I decided to take the nice walk up the shore to the town center where I knew they had a DDR Extreme Machine. So I take the back routes through town, get a bit lost, and wind up at this previously unknown arcade. A bit dingy, but I spy something at the front. "Techno Motion" I had heard rumors of this lost machine hidden in the beach, but had yet to see it. I look at the pad and spy all 9 arrows. DDR and PIU combined. A beautiful thing. Jumped up, tried it on 8 arrow mode (you chose between 4 ((DDR)), 5 ((PIU)), or 8 arrow mode) and picked my songs. Offspring, Lee Jung Hyung, and some PIU choice artists. <3 Novasonic ;D This game was damn nuts ._. 8 arrows on heavy...brain was not used to it. But I managed to do Bakkwo and get a C. What was the point to this bigass post? DDR combos. Combining DDR and PIU was a big thumbs up in my book. I have yet to play DDR and Para Para Paradise (Ez2Dancer), so I can't judge on that. It wasn't as much of a workout as DDR though, just a bit more confusing. Any of you have any experiences with DDR hybrid games?
