[glow=red,1,300]Hey! I'm sooo glad I found this website, it seems so supportive. Thank you all, for sharing your stories and support. I've read through practically every post and am so uplifted and excited!
I recently got into DDR... my boyfriend has too, which is so nice that we've found something healthy we can both enjoy doing together. We bought DDR Ultramix for XBox and after getting into that for a week or so, we went ahead and got DDR Max 2 for PS2 (found it at Wal-Mart for $40 including a dance pad!!)
We've been doing it a lot-- I've been going at it everyday for about an hour. I'm waiting for the new pads to get here-- I just found two PS2 pads (that light up, as well) on Ebay for a good price... and I got an universal controller adapter- That way we can use two pads at a time on the Xbox as well as the PS2.
Aaaanyway, enough raving about the fabulousness that is DDR. I guess there isn't any real point to this post other than saying hi! and expressing my excitement at getting better (right now I can only get a B or so on 4-5 level songs in Light mode)
and getting thinner (I *love* this, it's not like a drudgery workout)!
