I bought a RO Ignition pad a couple of months ago after my ankles were getting blown to pieces on my soft pad. The Ignition's been working out great, but recently I've had some real problems with ghost steps showing up in my songs. At one point I even stepped off the pad and the lights were still on at the head of the pad. Does anyone know how to fix this? I didn't buy it directly from RO so I can't send it back to them, and I'm past the return date at the local place I bought it from.

I've yet to have a problem, but here's a ti[ that might work Unzip the pad and check inside for maybe the foam insert being bent and pushing up against the bottom of the sensor
Also, RedOctane has a tech support 1 on 1 chat feature. At the very least, they might be able to suggest something.

The left button is getting sticky on my Ignition pad, especially causing me to get boos on horizontal jumps. I will try checking out the foam & maybe talking to someone at Red Octane about it.
