Dearest GuM members... It has come to my attention that our fearless leader has not had a working avatar in some time now. Unfortunately my web host has crashed and after countless attempts to contact them they have given me no reply. So it's time I hand my hat and consider the site dead an buried. Andrew's Avatar, along with several memorable GuM images seem to be lost forever. 
But out of our sadness we should break through! I challenge you all to come up with some great avatars to be used on our site. Both by Andrew and by anyone else here who feels their avatar is growing a little stale *cough * me *cough*
