I'm still new to the board and I'm sifting back through the forums where I'm finding some really great info. Abrannan especially.
Can we have a locked forum where some great classic posts can be left for easy and quick access?

A good idea, but it seems a little tedious for what the results would actually be. It's hard to just lop everything that's good advice into one category, because issues can be so diverse. If you wanted to recommend what threads be noted as more important, there's a possibility we could sticky them to make it easier to access.

It is a good suggestion, but a lot of the time posts only make sense when they're in sequence with other posts; plus it would take a LOT of time to weed through every thread and pull out the posts with the most information.

It's something I've toyed with, creating a FAQ for the forums. If anybody would like to nominate particular threads or posts, I'd be happy to start pulling it together. Just PM me a link to a particular thread, or use the "link to post" feature to identify individual posts or series of posts you'd like to have added. I haven't decided the final form of the FAQ, but we'll cross that bridge once we have some content.

Linking a thread to you via PM might be a good idea. It's just I'm still new and I see posts that say Andrew has already written about that somewhere else. I search around and the posts are really really good. It's a shame to bury them. If I find some, I'll PM them on to you.

Even if you can just find the topics that people have said I've already written about elsewhere, I can re-create my sage advice. It may take me a while longer to find my parsley, rosemary and thyme advice, though. /props to anyone under the age of 20 who gets that reference.

I got it.
but anyway I love this Idea, but I understand how it could be very difficult to find all of them and pick which ones would be the most help.
