seen it a long time ago, I dont think it was the guys from pure pwnage that made that actually but I guess it is possable, anyways just for anyone who dosent understand WoW here is a quick explination of what happened.
in WoW there are guilds, guilds are large groups of people (normally large) who run quests and adventure together.
this was a 10 man raid so a group of 10 people all working together
he didnt actually need the devout shoulders, it was optional for him
they were probably 1-2 hours into the raid at this point.
and the most important part about this whole video
YOU DONT HAVE TO GO NEAR THE EGGS TO CLEAR THIS ROOM!!
so I blame it on the raid leader, all you do is send in a rogue who is stealthed and slowly pull out the strong guys and then you can fight them outside of the room. no whelps, no problems.

Your explanation needs an explanation:
-Devout Shoulders are a rare item in the game, only obtainable from a paticular enemy in one room in this particular instance (dungeon)
-If you don't want to fight that enemy, you don't have to to complete the instance, it's optional.
Side Note: It was all staged, anyway.

but seriously, if you're gonna play if for fun, its fine. no big deal.
it's these people with their raid groups, where they are required to play certain nights a week, certain times. any game where i can't take a break from it when I want to - not so much fun.

problem is you cant get your good gear at lev 60 without a decent raid guild. personally, I have yet to even hit 60 but I plan on doing a bit of raiding when I do to get my stuff, probably just pick up raids or casual guild raids but I will be raiding none the less.

well pick up raids may not be an option but casual guild raids most definatly are, I have been lucky with my guild, everyone plays for fun, if we wipe we wipe, no big deal.
(wipe means that everyone dies)

I was big into WoW, leading a guild through BWL, and AQ40. I slowed down around Naxx...
Now I am playing Vanguard, and it is SOOO much better than WoW. It's like what EverQuest was supposed to be.
