Last weigh in: 165.6 This week: 164 (1.6lb weight loss) Last weigh in: 209.8 This week: 209.8 (0lb weight loss) Well it was my birthday on the 21st so we had root beer floats and I also drank a lot of pop this week, fortunately I was still able to lose weight this week. I'm quitting now until I reach my goal which should be in 7 to 8 weeks. My friend did less cardio then me (decided to just do running and skimped on the DDR), and us having the snack didn't help him. He ended up staying where he is. Hopefully next week we can both lose 2+ pounds.
