Last Weeks Weigh-in: 169 lbs. This Weeks Weigh-in: 166.8 (2.2 lbs lost)
Another week of losing 2.2 lbs, trying to lose at least 2 lbs a week. So I am on my way to making my goal time. I am lower than I have been in over a year (lowest weighed at 160lbs, almost 2 years ago).

I fixed my graph on the weight loss tracker, the dates were a month back and for some reason it had deleted some of my old information so I added in the old weigh-ins.
I cheated yesterday, went and saw Kick-Ass again and I bought a soda / candy x.x bad idea, oh and I ate ice cream... blah! No more cheating this week, ever, hopefully.

My friend is deciding to lose weight to become a police officer so we are doing this together now, posting his weight-loss goals on here now too. I haven't been checking in last few weeks kind of went off my diet/exercise but been back on it this week so expect a weigh-in on Monday from both of us.
