Okay, so I decided to change my weigh-in's to Monday because I think I can get a good workout in on the weekends and it'll be motivation. Like, "oh no, Monday is coming."
Also I didn't weigh-in on Friday like I was supposed to. I weighed in a few hours ago and the new weight:
This Week: 171.2 lbs (just under 6lbs lost, 2 weeks). Last Weigh-In: 177 lbs
Going to shoot for a 4lb. weight loss this week, that will put me well into the 60's, I just need to bust into the 50s then I'll know I'm doing it. :] See you next week.
