So I am new to this site. I used to play DDR/Stepmania all the time when I was a kid, I mostly played on keyboard and was extremely good but then I bought some pads which I used for a while before giving up on the game. Now I decided I'd play again and use it as a mechanism to lose the 20lbs. that I've had trouble getting off.
So my maximum weight (measured), has been 180lbs and the lowest I've measured is 160lbs. My goal weight is around 150lbs which I want to reach in 2-3 months tops. To reach the goal I'm quitting soda, fast food and am watching how much I eat. I will also be working out (via DDR, lifting a weight and hacky sack), and going for walks more often.
First weeks weight-in: 176.6 lbs (6.6 lbs higher than I was like 2 weeks ago, sheesh! Been eating a lot of sweets lately which is going to stop now).
So I'm not sure what I'm going to get this week but I'd be happy to see 170 just because that is where I thought I was x[ we will see how it burns off though, definitely going to be putting the time in though since I'm on break.

Last Week: 207 This Week: 206 Gratz on the lb. Thanks for the weight loss tracker from your signature, I made one too. >.< Seems weird that my BMI will only drop 4% from those lbs, I guess I'll see how I look when I reach 150.
