I just bought DDR supernova 2 ;D I'm trying to lose weight and a lot of my friends said they lost weight this way so I figured why not. I'm no good at the game right now though lol. Anyone have any pointers or guidance?

In the beginning, all you'll need is consistency. Get on the mat and play. Everyday. Even if it's for just one song. If you wan to add a little more, cut out any sugary drinks you drink (even fruit juices, check the labels if you don't believe me).
That's it. No micronutrient breakdowns, no ratios of fat to protein, etc. Just play, and play everyday.
