Hey guys. I'm a long time DDR player, and as a matter of fact used to stroll these boards quite often a while back. I've long since forgotten all my login information so I've simply created a new account.
Anyway, here's my question. I haven't been able to play DDR for quite some time now, as about seven months ago I totally dislocated my knee cap, and well... I've been too afraid to get back to playing out of fear that I might redo the damage.
Anyone ever had a similar problem, or have any experience or advice to share? Do you think my knee is strong enough to go all out again? I mean, it feels normal now, and there's no pain or anything. My doctor only said to give it a few months to heal, so I guess I'm just being overly cautious...
So anyway, I just thought I'd check in to see if anyone else has experienced anything like this before I get back on the mat.
Thanks.
