Hey everyone! ^-^;;; I've been DDRing for fun for about two years, and have just decided to get hardcore about it. >O
I used to weigh about 20lb lighter and, due to lack of swim team and marching band (among other things) I have gained weight. I'm planning on going to a few conventions in the future, cause I'm a comic/anime nerd, and am planning on cosplaying. I need to get rid of my extra fat! This means cutting back on delicious junk food and increasing my DDR time. Hopefully it will be something that I can keep up in the long run!

20lbs is a very reasonable goal, and as long as you stick to the mat and EATING RIGHT, you will see results in no time!
