Brother's All-Natural Crisps.
Freeze dried fruit. In 1/2 cup bags. Apples or Asian pears. 40 Calories per bag, 2 servings of fruit. At Costco for about $8 for a box of 20 bags.
Of course, actually eating real fruit would be better, but this is going to be far better than any other snack food you'll find.

Dried fruit... always a good choice. Make sure it's before 6 p.m.!
If I may add one that I feel is SEVERELY overlooked, not only in the bodybuilding world but the "normal" world as well, haha...
Asparagus.
I'm telling ya, this stuff is great for you. Nice and filling, too!

This is actually beyond dried fruit, but freeze dried. If you've had dried apples, you know they can be a little bit spongy and soft. These are crisp and crunchy.
