???Does Red Octane still make those thick dance pads? Mine is still okay to use, but I haven't seen that brand in a long time. My Best Buy store used to sell it, but they're selling some other brand now.

You could always check out their website online, and try to order it directly from there. But I still use the soft pad that came with the DDR bundle and it still works A-OK!

Actually I couldn't find them anywhere when I first started playing, but in the last couple years lots of stores in my city have started carrying them. EB Games, Futureshop...

I'm pretty sure they've stopped making the Ignition pad (I assume that's what you're talking about - the soft pad with the thick foam insert). Even their metal pad is reduced to $150. I suspect the company has moved away from DDR now that Guitar Hero is such a big deal.
I'd like to get another pad like the Ignition (which I haven't seen at any of the video game stores in a _long_ time, either), but am not sure. Right now looking at the BNS Sparkle, anyone have one of these (or the Fusion, which is the less girly version)?
